About Girlsdaydaily

What is girlsdaydaily?

Girlsdaydaily is a fan blog dedicated to the five members of Girl’s Day (Korean girl group that debuted on July 9th 2010); and is also supporting the two former members. Girlsdaydaily.com was opened officially to the public on August 14th, 2010. Our daily mission is to bring the latest updates on Girl’s Day. Since this blog is operated by International fans our ultimate goal is to introduce Girl’s Day to the world and provide a place for fans to get to know these amazing girls more closely. Everything Girl’s Day; from translations, pictures, downloads to English Subtitles, can be found here. We aim to make this blog the #1 Source for all your Girl’s Day daily needs!

Why the blog name is girlsdaydaily?

This blog was started because I needed my daily dose of Girl’s Day. My name is Rachel; you can call me Achel, and I am a diehard fan of Girl’s Day. After their debut I would check pictures, videos, news and their twitter every day; this is how Girl’s Day became a daily part of my life. My hope is that this becomes the same for you. The number one priority is to get fans to check this blog every day, because updates will be brought to you daily. Wherever Girl’s Day is, that is where we will be.

Who owns girlsdaydaily?

Girlsdaydaily belongs to the fans. This is the place where we can all come together and appreciate Girl’s Day as they continue to progress in their career. Since August, I was the sole person updating this blog. I did everything from the blog design to translating and subbing. Many of you wonder if I am Korean. The answer would be NO! I am Indonesian and currently living in the States. I have been studying Korean for 4-5 years now. I am still learning but this blog has helped polish my skills.

In October 2010, Girlsdaydaily became a two-person team. Since then the blog has been operated by Tammy and Achel. Due to the great support this blog has received it was time to introduce the need for staff. Let us introduce you to the GDD family.

We are thankful to all who support Girl’s Day and this blog! Without your support the recognition we receive would not be possible!
