Girl’s Day Daily will be celebrating the holidays with Girl’s Day through a charity donation. We have always been inspired by Girl’s Day’s giving spirit and all the causes they support. This will be GDD’s 2nd charity effort, the first effort was for Japan Relief. We will be donating to the Make a Wish Foundation of Korea, this is a special charity that Girl’s Day supports and they follow @MakeAWishKorea on twitter.

Our friends at Visual Glow have made this great tutorial on how to donate to the Make a Wish Foundation of Korea. Our donation process will look similar to this guide here. We invite you to look over that information to get an idea of how we will be making a ‘Honor Donation’ in Girl’s Day’s name. We will be making the donation on December 31, 2012. We will provide the screen capture of GDD’s donation and we will mail the certificate to Girl’s Day that same week.

Thanks to all your help, together over the last two years we have been able to send Girl’s Day many great gifts. Girl’s Day’s 2nd Anniversary support project was such a great success we had to ship two large boxes and quite a large sum was spent on shipping. This made us consider doing a charitable donation for their Holiday project, so that our donations would be gifted to Girl’s Day in a different manner, supporting a special charity in their name. Although we will not be sending physical gifts to Girl’s Day for the holidays, we believe this will make their holiday special and meaningful.

Of course, fans are welcome to send their own holiday gifts to Dream Tea for Girl’s Day and if you are able to contribute to this cause, check out our donation information page. Please note that any donations not used for Yura’s Birthday support project will be used for this cause.
